How to Use A/B Tests in adsfox CRM

What Do A/B Tests Consist Of?
A/B tests allow splitting traffic on the page between several different form variants – e.g., placed on different landing pages. Thanks to this, you can check which form generates more leads, and thus – brings a greater return on investment in advertising.
Example of operation:
● you configure the main page that “distributes” traffic,
● you provide URLs to pages with different form versions,
● the system directs users proportionally – e.g., 25% of traffic to each of 4 variants.
Where to Find A/B Tests?
The tests option is available in the panel: Lead acquisition → Tests AB

In this place, you can configure all form variants and determine the way of splitting user traffic between individual versions.

Application of A/B Tests
The A/B tests function was designed primarily with forms integrated with the website in mind. It works perfectly in situations when you want:
● compare different versions of headers, content, or form layouts,
● test how many fields the user is actually willing to fill out,
● check which CTA button works best,
● select the most effective landing page in an advertising campaign.
Why Use A/B Tests?
● Objective data – instead of guessing, you see hard numbers which variant works better.
● Saving advertising budget – a better form means cheaper cost of acquiring a lead.
● Continuous optimization – you can constantly improve the effectiveness of your marketing activities.
What Next?
After testing forms and selecting the most effective variants, the next stage is team management and permissions.
In the next post, it is presented how to invite employees to CRM and grant them access only to selected functions and tables.
