What Are Outgoing Webhooks?

A webhook is in practice an immediate notification that CRM sends to another application. It can be compared to an automatic signal: “Hey, a new lead has just appeared – do something with it next!”.

In adsfox CRM, two key events are currently available that can trigger webhooks:

● creation of a new lead from the website,

● creation of a new lead from a Facebook Ads form.

How Can Webhooks Be Used?

Thanks to webhooks, you gain wide possibilities for integration with other tools. They can be used to connect with external notification systems, analytics, or sales process automation, such as Make, Zapier, or your own company applications. This allows, among others, launching follow-up processes, automatically assigning leads to salespeople, or creating tasks in project applications.

Why Use Webhooks?

Benefits resulting from using webhooks:

● Speed of action – data is transferred in real time, without delays.

● Process automation – the system independently transfers information, eliminating the need for manual data copying.

● Flexibility – the user decides to which tool and in what form the data will be sent.

What Next?

After familiarizing yourself with the mechanism of sending data from CRM to external systems, the next step is using the A/B tests function for forms.

It enables comparing different form versions to check which one generates more valuable leads.

In the next post, it is described how to use A/B tests in adsfox CRM.
