Content alone will not rank your website
Let's start with what most SEO proposals leave out: publishing articles without a technical foundation and without links will not move rankings for the phrases that actually sell.
We see it in audit after audit.
The site publishes regularly, the number of ranking keywords grows, and the phone stays quiet, because the traffic lands on content with no buying intent.
That is why our SEO services are technical work, site architecture, and links first, with content added as fuel for that structure.

Service pages for transactional phrases
This is the most common mistake we see.
Someone writes a blog post targeting "service in my city," which is a buying query.
Google wants to show an offer there, not a guide, so the post loses no matter how well it is written.
We split phrases by intent first: buying phrases get dedicated service and location pages, informational phrases go to the blog and link to those pages.
Only that structure turns traffic into inquiries.

Technical SEO as maintenance, not a one-time audit
Everyone runs an audit at the start.
The problem is that the site keeps breaking afterward: a theme update wipes meta titles, indexing errors appear, Core Web Vitals slip.
So we treat technical SEO as ongoing maintenance, not a document.
Every month we check crawl, indexing, structured data, and speed, and we fix what we find instead of sending your team a list of recommendations to implement.

Sometimes a rebuild costs less than patching
Some sites carry so much technical debt that monthly patching costs more than building them again, and still does not deliver.
A heavy theme with a dozen plugins can be unsalvageable for Core Web Vitals, which are a ranking signal.
In that case we say so, and we can rebuild on Astro, which serves finished HTML instead of assembling the page with scripts.
That is not our default recommendation, it is a conclusion from the audit.

Link building: quality, not a domain counter
The number of referring domains in a report can look impressive and mean nothing.
In audits we regularly see profiles where four out of five domains have zero authority, and most links come from a single network cloned across several country TLDs, which is one source to a search engine, not several.
So our SEO packages include link building with a set budget and a specific number of links in the price, not a "custom quote" footnote.

Local SEO services for businesses that serve an area
A clinic, a law office, a gym, or a contractor earns from customers nearby, and phrases with a city name are usually far less competitive than national ones.
That is the fastest return you can get in SEO.
We optimize your Google Business Profile, keep your business data consistent across the web, build pages for each city you serve, and work on reviews.
The effect shows in the map pack and local results, right where people search just before they call.

We measure inquiries, not ranking charts
A growing keyword count means nothing if you do not know how much of that traffic is people searching your brand name versus new customers.
We check the share of branded phrases in your traffic, because for many companies that is where most of the "growth" comes from: it looks good in a report and changes nothing in sales.
We close the loop with server-side tracking and a CRM integration, so we can see which phrases bring inquiries and which only bring visits.

SEO and AI search (GEO) run together
Buyers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews before they open a website.
Classic SEO earns you a position in the results; generative engine optimization gets your brand named in the answer itself.
Both stand on the same foundation: specific content, structured data, and domain authority, so we run them together.
We apply this to our own site first and measure our visibility in AI models every month.

Digital marketing services for small and mid-sized service businesses: web design, SEO and AI search, paid ads
Web design
Fast websites for service businesses and e-commerce, built for SEO and AI search and connected to a regular publishing plan.
SEO services
Technical upkeep, service pages for buying-intent keywords, and link building with the budget included. Inquiries, not just rankings.
AI SEO (GEO)
We get your brand cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. We apply generative engine optimization to our own site first.
Paid ads (PPC)
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns managed for leads and sales, not for clicks.
Social media marketing
Graphics, video, and publishing across every channel. Content is built on your brand, and every piece is approved by a specialist.
Analytics and tracking
Server-side tracking, the Conversions API, and CRM integration close the measurement loop, so decisions rest on data instead of guesses.
Why adsfox?
adsfox has run marketing for service businesses since 2018: more than 350 clients across 20+ industries.
We work with businesses in the US and Europe, fully remote.
We are a Meta Business Partner (Badged) and a Google Partner.
Over those years we built our own tools and AI agents that take over the repetitive work, so our specialists spend their time on analysis and decisions.
Websites, SEO and GEO, paid campaigns, and measurement come from one team, instead of four vendors you have to coordinate.

What our clients say
What I value most about working with you is having a dedicated specialist. The person matters, what they can do and how they communicate, and that is what I appreciate at adsfox. With other agencies and freelancers I could never get satisfying results. Now, after two years of working with you, it simply works.

Piotr
Owner, outdoor LED lighting manufacturer (luminous paving stones)
Given my own marketing background, I would definitely recommend working with adsfox. Highly recommended. These guys know what they are doing. I think adsfox is a great partner to work with.

Przemysław
Marketing director, event services company (crew and technical staffing)
What I value most about adsfox is that it is not a "pay and wait" arrangement. At any moment I can see where the money goes and what return it brings, and I have direct contact with specialists who advise me not only on ads but also on my offer and strategy. I delegate the complicated stuff and still keep full control over the outcome.

Dawid
Owner, e-commerce store (personalized wooden gifts)
Our revenue grew significantly and we won a lot of new clients, which is not easy in our business. That month was a record in terms of revenue, and a lot of women decided to book our services. Our schedule was packed, so we actually had to pause the ads for a while.

Justyna
Owner, women's body shaping and fitness studio
I am very happy with the cooperation. Many more customers started calling. We also see much higher traffic in our stats, both from Facebook and from Google, and it turns into phone calls and new bookings. I am very pleased with working with you.

Marcin
Owner, paintball park and outdoor events venue
With you I now pay almost 10 times less per conversion and get 200 new subscriptions a month, so for me this is a game changer.

Łukasz
Marketing manager, online courses and consulting (personal development)
What an SEO agency actually does
Search engine optimization is the work of getting your website to show up in Google's organic results for the queries your customers type. It stands on three pillars, and skipping any one of them blocks the other two: technical health (indexing, speed, structured data), site architecture (pages that match buying intent), and domain authority built with links. Content is the fuel that powers those three pillars, but content by itself is not an SEO service.
adsfox is an SEO company and performance marketing agency founded in 2018. We have worked with more than 350 clients in over 20 industries, we are a Badged Meta Business Partner and a Google Partner, and we work with clients in the US and Europe.
Why content alone is not enough
This is a criticism we once heard from a prospect, and it was fair, so we rebuilt our offer around it. Eight articles a month will not rank a site that has technical problems, no pages for buying queries, and no links.
The typical picture of a neglected site: keyword count goes up, traffic goes up, and the phone stays quiet. Look closer and most of the traffic is people searching the company's own name, meaning they already knew the brand, and the rest is phrases with no buying intent. Someone reads a guide and leaves. The growth is real and commercially empty. So we start by checking how much of your traffic is branded and how many of the remaining phrases carry any readiness to buy.
Intent decides what goes where
The most common mistake on business websites: a blog post targeting a transactional phrase. Queries like "service plus city" or "company plus city" are buying intent, and Google wants to show an offer for them, not a guide. A blog post for that phrase loses to intent, however well written.
So we assign every phrase to the right page type first:
- Buying and local intent: a dedicated service page or a page for a specific city. These are the pages that bring inquiries.
- Informational intent: a blog post that answers the question and links to the service page. This builds topical reach and feeds the funnel.
- Navigational intent: the homepage and brand pages, supported by consistent business data across the web.
When we build a site from scratch, this architecture goes in from day one (see our web design agency page). On an existing site, we start by fixing what is already there, because what is usually missing is exactly the pages for buying phrases.
Link building: why the domain count misleads
A report showing fifty referring domains sounds good until you check what those domains are. In audits we regularly see two patterns that destroy the value of such a profile.
First: domains with no authority. Directories, profiles, automated listings, and sites that exist only to link out. Sometimes four fifths of a profile is addresses like these, with an authority score of zero. They inflate the counter and pass nothing.
Second: one network across many TLDs. The same operator on .com, .co.uk, .de, .fr, and so on. Nine domains in the counter, one source to a search engine. We have seen a profile where such a network accounted for more than 98% of all links.
So we judge a link profile by the authority and topical relevance of its sources, not by the number of rows in a table. In our packages, link building has a set budget and a specific number of links included, so you never find SEO sold as a service with links billed separately later.
Technical SEO as ongoing maintenance
Everyone runs a technical audit at the start. What gets talked about less is that the site keeps breaking. A new theme wipes the meta titles, a plugin blocks indexing on a page, new images drag down Core Web Vitals, a menu redesign leaves orphan pages with no internal links.
That is why technical SEO with us is continuous work: a monthly crawl, indexing and structured data checks, speed monitoring, and fixes done on our side rather than a list handed to your team. The condition is access to your CMS, because from the outside you can diagnose everything and fix nothing.
When a rebuild beats patching
Some sites can be fixed with corrections. Some cannot, and it is more honest to say so up front than to collect a retainer for patching something that will never perform.
A rebuild usually pays off when the site runs on a heavy theme with a dozen plugins and cannot be made fast without removing half of them, when Core Web Vitals stay red despite optimization, when the URL structure is chaotic and there is no way to add pages for buying phrases, or when every change needs a developer and nothing happens for months.
A rebuild makes no sense when the site is technically fine and the problem is missing content, missing service pages, or a weak link profile. Then a new site costs money and changes nothing.
If a rebuild is justified, we build on Astro, which generates finished HTML instead of assembling the page with scripts in the browser. You can see the difference in PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals. Paste the address of this page into PageSpeed Insights and compare it with any site on a typical theme. When migrating, the priority is keeping the visibility you already have, so we build a redirect map from old URLs to new ones. Details on our web design and development services page.
Local SEO services
Local SEO is the work of being visible in a specific city, metro area, or region. For a clinic, a law office, a gym, or a contractor it is usually the fastest return in all of SEO, because phrases with a city name are much less competitive than national ones and the intent behind them is clearly commercial. Someone searching for a service in their city usually wants to buy it within days.
Our local SEO services cover Google Business Profile optimization, consistent NAP data (name, address, phone) across directories, pages for each location you serve, and a review strategy. The effect shows in the map pack and local results, where the customer decides just before they call. With several locations, each one gets its own page instead of one combined page that ranks for none of them.
SEO agency for small business
Most SEO agencies price small businesses out or put them on an automated package with monthly reports and no real work. Our approach for a company with 5 to 50 employees is narrow and specific: a short list of buying phrases (usually service plus city), the pages those phrases need, local SEO, technical fixes, and a modest link budget. That scope fits a small business budget and produces results you can see in the phone log, not just in a ranking tool. As results come in, we widen the phrase list.
B2B SEO agency
B2B search works differently: lower volumes, longer sales cycles, several people involved in one decision, and queries that mix research with evaluation ("X software for Y industry," "X vs Y," "X pricing"). As a B2B SEO agency we map phrases to the buying stage, build comparison and use-case pages alongside service pages, and measure by qualified leads in your CRM rather than by traffic. Content is written by people who understand your product, with our AI agents speeding up research and drafts and a specialist approving every piece.
SEO pricing: what SEO services cost and what drives the price
Price depends on three things: how competitive your phrases are, the technical state of your site, and the scope of work. There is no single rate, because local SEO for one clinic in one city and a national campaign in a crowded industry are very different amounts of work.
Our SEO retainers start at $750 per month. We work on a monthly retainer because SEO is a continuous process, not a one-time job. The retainer includes technical maintenance, work on site architecture and content, and a set number of links. Links beyond that number are billed separately, and we say so in the quote, not after you sign. An honest quote comes after we have looked at your site and understood your goals. Keep in mind that the cheapest offer is rarely the best: a very low rate usually means templated work or shortcuts that can hurt more than they help.
How long until you see results
The first clear effects usually show after about three months, and the full potential builds over the following months of consistent work. Local phrases and long-tail queries move faster; competitive national queries move slower.
Anyone who promises the first position in two weeks is not telling the truth, because nobody controls Google's algorithm. What we do agree on at the start is how we will know it is working: not by the number of keywords in a report, but by inquiries from search and by the share of your traffic that stops being branded.
SEO and AI search: visibility in Google and in AI answers
More people ask AI models questions instead of scanning search results, and Google shows AI-generated answers above the classic list of links. Classic SEO gives you a position in the results, while generative engine optimization (GEO) gets your brand into the answer itself.
Both disciplines rest on the same foundation: specific, well-structured content, structured data, and domain authority. Models cite businesses with a clearly described specialty, whose text yields a sentence like "this company does X for Y customers." Vague copy cannot be cited. So we run SEO and GEO together and measure the approach on our own site first. Details on our AI SEO agency page.
Best SEO agency: what our clients say and what to check
"Best SEO agency" is a claim every agency makes, so we would rather show you how to check it. Read our client reviews further up this page and on Google, look at our case studies with real numbers, verify our Google Partner and Meta Business Partner status in the official directories, and ask us for a client in your industry you can talk to. The best SEO agency for you is the one whose results you can verify, whose scope you understand, and whose reports show inquiries rather than charts.
How to choose an SEO agency
- Ask exactly what is included in the price. If the offer is mostly articles and technical work and links are "quoted separately," add it all up before you compare it with another proposal.
- Check whether they talk about search intent. If the content plan is a list of topics with no split between buying and informational queries, you will probably get articles that bring no inquiries.
- Ask for an assessment of link quality, not link count. Control question: how many of these domains have real authority, and how many come from the same network?
- Beware of ranking guarantees. Nobody controls Google's algorithm, so a promise of a fixed position by a fixed date is a warning sign.
- Ask about the share of branded traffic. Growth that comes entirely from people searching your company name is not an SEO result.
- Ask who does the work. If technical fixes are "recommendations for your developer," the agency is selling reports, not results.
- Check Clutch, Google reviews, and case studies with numbers, and ask to talk to a client in a similar industry.
Case studies
Our documented, published results come from campaigns for European clients where search traffic (paid and organic) landed on pages built for buying intent and every inquiry was tracked. A few from our case studies:
- Law firm: about 99 qualified inquiries a month at roughly $11 each, with calls, forms, and a callback widget tracked in Google Analytics 4.
- Optical store: cost per primary conversion down 44.3% (from about $13 to about $7) and conversion rate up from 3.6% to 5.9% on the same budget, after restructuring the account and the landing pages.
- Dental practice: new patient inquiries at about $2 each, measured through form and phone events on the website.
SEO results we show one on one, with Search Console data and the CRM inquiry log side by side, because a ranking chart without the inquiry count says very little.
Why adsfox
We have run marketing for service businesses since 2018: more than 350 clients, over 20 industries, a Badged Meta Business Partner and Google Partner status you can verify yourself. Our most documented results are in aesthetic medicine, beauty, and fitness, local businesses where local SEO is decisive.
We run SEO as part of marketing, not as an island. The same material works for organic traffic and for campaigns, and lead quality data from your CRM feeds back into decisions about phrases. We have invested several hundred thousand dollars into our own systems: a platform for grading lead quality, server-side tracking running on your own subdomain, and dedicated AI agents that take over repetitive work. The result is a wider scope of work inside one budget.
If you want to know where your site stands today and where the biggest opportunity is, book a free consultation. We can also start with a marketing audit, add content marketing services to feed the SEO structure, or combine SEO with our full-service marketing agency offer.
Frequently asked questions about our SEO agency
No. Content is necessary, but without a technical foundation, without pages that match buying queries, and without links it will not move rankings for the phrases that bring customers. The typical result of articles alone is a growing keyword count and traffic without inquiries, because most of that traffic is informational or branded. That is why our SEO covers technical work, site architecture, and link building, with content as fuel. If you only need content production, that is a separate service described on our content marketing agency page.
Technical maintenance (monthly crawl, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals), work on site architecture, meaning service and location pages for buying phrases, a set number of links included in the monthly retainer, and supporting content. Links beyond that number are billed separately, and we say so in the quote, not after the contract is signed.
The number alone says nothing. Two things need checking: how many of those domains have real authority, and how many come from the same source. In audits we regularly see profiles where four out of five domains have an authority score of zero and most links come from one network cloned across several country TLDs, which is one source to a search engine, not several. We can check this for your domain during a consultation.
Because that is a buying-intent query, and Google wants to show an offer for it, not a guide. A blog post targeting that phrase fights intent and loses regardless of quality. The fix is a dedicated service or location page that the blog links to. It is the most common mistake we see on business websites.
Our SEO retainers start at $750 per month. There is no single rate, because price depends on how competitive your phrases are, the technical state of your site, and the scope of work. Local SEO for one clinic in one city is a different amount of work than a national campaign. We work on a monthly retainer because SEO is continuous. After reviewing your site and goals, you get a specific scope and a specific number.
The first clear effects usually show after about three months, with full potential building over the following months of consistent work. Local phrases and long-tail queries move faster, competitive national queries slower. Anyone promising the first position in two weeks is not telling the truth, because nobody controls Google's algorithm.
Yes, to your CMS as an editor or administrator, plus Google Search Console and Google Analytics. From the outside you can diagnose everything and fix nothing. Without access we can deliver recommendations, but implementation stays on your side, which changes both the scope and the responsibility for results.
Only if the audit justifies it, and then we will explain why. A rebuild makes sense when the site runs on a heavy theme that cannot be made fast, when Core Web Vitals stay red despite optimization, or when the URL structure makes it impossible to add pages for buying phrases. It makes no sense when the site is technically fine and what is missing is content and links. If a rebuild is justified, we build on Astro and create a redirect map so you keep your current visibility.
Local SEO targets queries with a city or region name and competes for visibility in the map pack and local results. Beyond on-page content, your Google Business Profile, consistent business data across directories, and reviews matter enormously. For service businesses that serve customers in person, it is usually the fastest return in all of SEO, because competition on local phrases is clearly lower and buying intent clearly higher.
GEO (generative engine optimization) is optimization for AI models, so that your brand is named in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews. It matters if your customers ask AI for recommendations before buying, because such an answer names a few companies, not ten links. SEO and GEO stand on the same foundation, so we run them together. More on our AI SEO agency page.
We focus on service businesses and B2B companies, where we have the most documented results, especially in aesthetic medicine, beauty, and fitness. We have run e-commerce projects too, so if you have an online store, mention it during the consultation and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. We would rather decline than take on work where we will not make a difference.
If your current work is delivering, we will not try to talk you into switching. What we can do is look at the data and tell you plainly whether we see a real gap: what share of your traffic is branded, whether pages for buying queries exist, and what the link profile looks like. If there is no gap, we will say so and propose nothing.
Not by the number of keywords in a report. We look at inquiries coming from search, at the share of branded traffic in the total, and at which phrases lead to contact. We close the loop with server-side tracking and a CRM integration, so we see not just visits but the quality of the leads they produce.
